UW Colleges Online Registration

Registration

Students register directly in the UW Colleges P•R•I•S•M self-service system for UW Colleges Online. We encourage you to review the Student help tutorials before registering, even if you have taken classes with us in the past. Registration dates and processes vary slightly based on your student registration category.

Payment Information

Your ONLINE registration is NOT complete and you do not have a seat in the course(s) until:

your online tuition and fees are paid in full

OR,

if you are a UWC degree seeking student, the UW Colleges Online confirms that you have adequate financial aid to cover your Online tuition in full.

Failure to meet this requirement will result in your removal from your course(s) when a course is full or at the close of registration.

The $60 administrative fee is non-refundable after the last day of Online registration.

You will NOT receive an invoice; please follow payment instructions carefully.

	Students admitted to a UW Colleges Partner registering directly with UW Colleges Online.	Apply each semester. (Application processing may take 2-4 days. Please watch your email.) Special/Non-degree Seeking Student	Student admitted at another college/university supplementing your coursework with UWC Online courses or student not seeking a degree but taking UWC Online courses. 	High School Distance Learning Students from Northern Wisconsin.	Click for a list of schools in CESA 10.	Please contact your own high school guidance counselor to register for UWC Online courses rather than registering though this website.
Youth Options and High School Special Students	The Youth Options program allows all public high school juniors and seniors who meet certain requirements to take postsecondary courses at an institution of higher education (IHE) including UW Colleges Online. High School juniors and seniors may also take UW Colleges Online classes as a special/non-degree seeking student.	Apply.	Registration is entered manually by UW Colleges Online staff upon completion of admission.
