UW Colleges Helpdesk

The UW Colleges Helpdesk is available to assist you with any technical assistance you may require while participating in UW Colleges Online. You can visit the helpdesk website at https://helpdesk.uwc.edu to see solutions to the most commonly asked questions or to submit a question of your own. You can also contact the helpdesk by sending an email to uwconlinesupport@uwc.edu, or by calling 877-449-1877.

The Helpdesk is available:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-11pm
Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: 1pm-5pm
Sunday: 1pm-9pm
