The University of Wisconsin is dedicated to bringing a high-quality UW System education to all types of students—including returning students, UW campus students, high school students, and active service members—so that they can achieve their life and career goals.

To align with the new UW System restructuring and better serve our students, UW Colleges Online became UW College Courses Online in the 2019-2020 academic year—offering the same accredited courses, flexible schedule options, transferability and UW faculty as before.

As of Fall 2020, UW College Courses Online is no longer offering courses.

Several UW campuses are now partnering to offer a fully online Associate of Arts and Sciences degree. This new program has been approved by the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Applications for this degree program are open, and courses began in September 2020. While the new program course offerings will be different than those offered through UWCCO, they will feature the same quality you have come to expect from the UW System.

If you are a current student and have questions, please contact your home campus academic advisor.
